HOW IT WORKS
Upon completing the curated brief, we will issue an invoice for the requested items along with instructions for providing any additional information needed. Please ensure that your brief is as detailed as possible. Including images and descriptions of your current space, along with any crucial information about your preferences, will enable us to select pieces that complement your existing design. We will present at least two options for each item, along with pricing and estimated delivery times. If the initial selections do not fully align with your needs, we are happy to offer one revision per item based on your feedback. Once you approve the final selections, we will generate an invoice, confirm the purchase, and arrange for delivery!
If finish samples are available and required, we will gladly provide them for your review. Please note that all shipping fees or costs associated with samples or strike-offs will be invoiced for reimbursement.
